Investment Analysis software download

The software file investca.xls once saved on your computer, works with your MS Excel program. You must have MS Excel 97 or newer installed on your computer in order to run the investment software program. The mortgage calculations are based on semi-annual compounding of interest, which is the standard method of compounding used in Canada. *

* In the US the usual method used in mortgage calculations is monthly compounding of interest (as opposed to semi-annual compounding), and as a result the calculated figures will come out somewhat differently.
