The week number, say 'n' indicates the 'n'th Sunday for the year indicated. The sales shown represent the number of sales reported on the said Sunday for the previous 28 days. This number represents on average only approx. 55% of the actual number of sales which are eventually reported for said 28 day period. However... the importance of the sales numbers shown is in the fact, that they provide an immediate indication of market conditions... i.e., on the day that the statistics are taken.

To be complete, we do record the actual sales numbers four weeks later. Said actual figures help provide a more accurate historic view, but since they are not available right away... said numbers only tells us the way the market has been. If you want to know some actual sales figures for periods which ended over four weeks ago, please feel free to call us, or E-mail us.
