Kitchen - have it spotless, all counter space clear, appliances
and sinks sparkling clean.
Bathrooms - have it neat, fresh, clear counters. Repair cracked grout & silicone at tub.

Driveway and entrance - remove newspapers, flyers and clutter regularly, keep it clean!
