Roloff is highly experienced with regards to real estate values and trends in the Lower Mainland, including the Fraser Valley. He has consistently collected and studied weekly real estate statistics since 1983.

Over the years Roloff has achieved several awards for personal and professional achievements; Block Bros Realty 500 Club and Diamond Club and Bestseller Awards, Sutton Group Directors Award, Presidents Award and Platinum Awards. In addition he is a long standing member of the prestigious Quarter Century Club of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

Roloff emigrated from Holland to Vancouver, B.C. in 1975. He has a background as a mechanical engineer, equivalent to a Bachelor of Science degree in B.C. Outside of real estate, Roloff enjoys hiking, canoeing and research in genealogy.
